Clean Eating Sweet Potato Chips

This is so simple and easy and SO much better than a bag of anything!!  I like to switch it up between these and my Sweet Potato Fries!!


What You Need:

  • Sweet Potatoes (I only used 1 and that was perfect to serve two!)
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste
  • Optional spices: garlic powder, parprika, etc.

What You Need To Do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Use a mandolin, or slice potato VERY carefully!!
  3. Lay flat on baking sheet.  Use brush to lightly coat each chip.  Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and any other optional spices.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes or until crispy or golden-brown.
  5. Enjoy!!

  1. Can these be made ahead of stored to be eaten through the week?

    1. Susan, make sure they are completely dehydrated. The chips will be soft when removed from oven and will crisp as they cool. Store in an airtight container, at room temperature, up to 3 days.
