Easy Lemon Rosemary Crockpot Chicken

What You Need:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low sodium, fat free chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs of Rosemary
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • dash of sea salt and a few twists of ground black pepper
What You Need To Do:

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.  Top with chicken broth, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper & sliced lemon.
  2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
