Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal - 21 Day Fix Approved!!

Recipe for Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal


  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Chopped Apples (small to medium sized apple)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Honey to Taste


  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.  
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until fully cooked.
